The first thing that impressed me was the helping attitude of Samuel. When we told him that we had bought a house in which both the bathrooms were leaking, he tried really hard to find out the problem and offered us practical and affordable solutions. I also felt pleased with the professionalism and the good workmanship of the whole team. They were polite and punctual. The most important thing, however, was that they were willing to tidy up the things after finishing work everyday. I could still have an acceptable home environment during the process of work. Modern Bathroom has put in their finest workmanship and turned 2 bathrooms into pristine awesome bathrooms. We were meant to live in it and the young kids longed to have their first bath - it has turned out to be a project that we have to sell our house. I have done a reasonable amount of house renovating since 2000, all at my own residence and I've learnt a lot the hard way. I have had one of my bathrooms done twice and my kitchen done twice. I wont bore you with the details, but if the computer had sound effects you would hear the sighs of despair, and the "remind me why I'm doing this again" conversations. So when a friend told me he knew a good tiler who would do my laundry, which, was a challenge in anyone terms, in that its floor has never been level in its entire history! When I bought a house in 2014 that needed bathroom renovations done (my 3rd house) a work colleague recommended me to Samuel at Modern Bathrooms as she had her bathroom renovated by him and was very impressed with the work and service. My bathroom/ensuite was converted by Samuel and his team into an ensuite with a small separate laundry and the work and service were of a high standard which impressed me. The work was finished on time allowing me to move into my house on completion as planned.
